What drives us... our business philosophy is simple...provide the best service possible while using superior organic and eco friendly products. The Insignia Team dawn caldwell, owner dawn has 20+ years experience in the salon & spa industry. she specializes in all aspects of hair color, especially corrective color. dawn has had the honor to train and work with many top stylists in the industry such as michael shaun corby (alterna), sam brocato (brocato), the altieris (matrix and power hair), the doves (wella), robert cromeans, dj muldoon, and angus mitchell (paul mitchell) and many more. she is currently a part of the alterna education team. kristy heron LMT, partner kristy has 10+ years experience in the spa industry. she is a licensed massage therapist and has a bachelors degree in exercise science. kristy has received certification in oncology massage from memorial sloan kettering in NY. she specializes in muscular realignment and rehabilitation massage. kristy is currently working toward her masters degree in acupuncture at the tai sophia institute. jessica martindale, stylist jessi has 4+ years experience in the salon industry. she has been with insignia for over 3 years. in that time, jessi has had extensive training in cutting & color. she has had the honor of personally working with michael shaun corby (alterna). she is currently part of the framesi education team. johanna samsel, stylist johanna has 15+ years experience in the salon & spa industry. she has extensive knowledge of both cutting & coloring, especially blonding and highlighting. she also is the studio specialist in keratin treatments. johanna has had the honor to have studied abroad with wella, and train with many top stylists in the industry. seneca nicholson, esthetician seneca has been in the skin care industry for 2+ years. she joins us from about faces. seneca has training in many different types of skin care, including certification in oncology facials. she also specializes in waxing services, including brazilian waxing. rachael moore, esthetician and nail care rachael has been with insignia for 2+ years. she graduated from the Von Lee Institute and has attended continuing education with ilike skincare. she applies her knowledge of the skin to our hand & foot rituals. kayla lunner, guest relations carla nordbrook, guest relations our front desk is courteous and friendly. we maintain the utmost level of professionalism and are always eager to help you with your reservations.
